Charlotte Emergency Dental Services

Get the Relief that you Need Fast

In an ideal world, we would all have a perfect, healthy set of pearly whites. Unfortunately, this is not the case for everyone. When unexpected dental emergencies occur, finding the assistance you need can be stressful and challenging.

Charlotte Emergency Dental is a dental clinic that provides dental services for people in need of urgent care. We’re open seven days a week, with extended hours. Our team of dentists and dental assistants can provide dental care for various dental situations.

While we do offer emergency dental services, we also provide general dentistry services. No matter your reason for visiting, we will take care of you!

We are located at 4010 Park Rd, Charlotte, NC.
Here are the services that we offer:

Brux Night Guards

Night guards become necessary when someone is continuously grinding their teeth. Grinding, or bruxing, is caused when the upper and lower teeth do not fit together properly and slide past each other when chewing.

Sometimes this can cause you to subconsciously grind your teeth to eliminate those areas that are not meshing well, especially while you are sleeping. This action can, in turn, cause toothaches, muscle or joint pain.

At Charlotte Emergency we often make a splint that fits over the biting surface of your upper and lower teeth, preventing grinding and protecting your teeth to eliminate many of these painful symptoms.

Dental Crowns and Bridges

Dental crowns and bridges are a kind of restorative treatment that will completely cover your entire tooth. Crowns may become necessary due to a fracture in your tooth’s structure or due to tooth decay that could compromise the integrity of the tooth.

Most crowns are porcelain to match the natural color of your tooth and go virtually unnoticed in your smile. When crowns are placed across more than just one tooth, they are then considered a bridge.

Dental Fillings

Restorative dental fillings are used to repair teeth that have been damaged by things such as trauma or cavities. Our fillings are made of composite, a white material that will blend in with the natural color of the rest of your teeth.

Not only are they aesthetically beneficial, but they will protect the damage in your tooth and prevent painful toothaches or sensitivity.

Dentures

Dentures are devices used to replace missing teeth. Dentures can be made either full or partial. Full dentures are required when all of the teeth in the mouth have been extracted or have fallen out.

Partial dentures can be used to fill in for just a few missing teeth, they typically are secured in your mouth with small clasps. Replacing your missing teeth with dentures will allow ease of daily functions like eating and speaking.

Root Canals

Root canal therapy is the removal of nerve tissue from the canal of the root of your tooth due to decay or infection. The canals need to be cleaned, shaped, and filled so that a crown can then be placed on top of the tooth.

The crown protects the tooth from fracturing again after the root canal therapy has been completed.

Tooth Extractions

Our goal is to be your same-day treatment dentist and get you out of pain! We offer same-day tooth extraction as often as we can to immediately relieve our patients of extreme pain or discomfort.

This may not always be an option as treatment varies from one case to another. Extractions can be simple, where we can use the basic dental instruments we have on hand, or it may have to be removed surgically if the tooth is not easily accessible.

Tooth extraction is usually due to fracture, decay and/or infection.

Our promise is quality-driven service. Our experienced, caring staff aims to ensure convenient dental treatment for every patient.

Alanaa N.

Emergency Patient

Everyone was very nice from the moment I walked in. The doctor himself made me feel very comfortable and confident that nothing would go wrong. This place was excellent! And pain free! They saved me from having to go to an oral surgeon and he was able to get my tooth out within 10 minutes the SAME DAY I called!

Marsha G.

General Dentistry Patient

I have terrible anxiety when it comes to dental work but I desperately needed my wisdom tooth removed. I went in scared to death and wound up leaving so excited about the experience! Once they numbed my gums it took maybe 2 minutes to pull it! Everyone was so nice and able to answer my questions and bear with my trepidation!
